The Factory x Condron Coffee: Riverside Merch That Actually Feels Like Riverside

This project was all about making a single shirt feel premium without overcomplicating it. Condron Coffee wanted something bold enough to read from across the room, but still refined—more “heritage streetwear” than typical café merch. So The Factory produced a black tee with

a gold, high-contrast print that hits like signage: classic, confident, and easy to wear.

The centerpiece is the typography. A large Old English-style “Condron” gives the design that established, legacy feel, while a flowing script “Coffee” layered underneath keeps it warm and modern. The layout is balanced with supporting details—an EST callout, a 2023 date marker, and small taglines/brand marks that act like “stamps” rather than clutter. Everything stays readable, even up close, and the negative space does a lot of the work.

On the production side, the goal was a gold print that looks intentional—not flat or washed out. The ink choice and print setup were tuned for that crisp edge definition on the gothic lettering and smooth curves on the script. The result is a shirt that feels like a real drop: clean lines, strong contrast, and the kind of piece customers buy because it looks good, not just because it has a logo on it.

If Condron’s merch strategy is “one great staple that sells all year,” this is that shirt.

At The Factory in Riverside, we create merch that looks clean, feels premium, and is easy for Condron to reorder without headaches. The goal is simple: make pieces that fit the brand and sell naturally at the counter, online, or as limited drops.
